Hanke Van Panke AKA Anchorman is a washed up Dutch TV reporter on a mission to expose sleazy expats living in exotic Wighland. With his sidekick, Professor Tako Yaki, they go to a resort town to investigate and interview Commander Quoits, a renegade American soldier who is beloved by locals for his ability to permanently disappear bad expats.
