Irene came out unscathed of an accident ;her husband was killed ,she was pregnant and she decided she would keep the baby ;but it was hard to overcome the tragedy , so she gave up her career - a stage actress- and her child,Emile , was put in the care of a nurse,Helene .Now,she seems to be able to raise her boy again ,and she meets him in La Rochelle where she makes a new acquaintance : Yann ,a sailor ;it's love at first sight.
