What happens when gold starts oozing into your home? Transformation of yourself, and hence, your world. G-4 is the dance between Light and Dark, Love and Ego, two polar opposites that shape this world. The story of creation is portrayed in a surrealistic and symbolic manner sans any spoken word until the very end of the film. The main character is a girl who enters the world of G-4 like an innocent child coming into existence. The innocence is torn away with the taste of the intruding gold, the outside force, which in a sense is a forbidden fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. The descent ensues... falling into the underworld to meet and embrace the darkness. G-4 is a transformative piece, a trance-like experience, guiding the audience into the underworld, and then pulling them out of it like a butterfly out of its cocoon. G-4 is the dance between Light and Dark, Love and Ego, two polar opposites that shape this world... and a human in between, who decides to be born and do good.
